CT Health Insurance Exchange "Healthy Chat"

<p>Healthy Chats, hosted by the staff of the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange, are community meetings which give the public an opportunity to ask questions about the Health Insurance Exchange which will provide affordable healthcare for some of Connecticut's residents who cannot afford health insurance now.
