Award-Winning Documentary Film on U.S. Immigration Policy to be
April 27, 2011<p>Central Connecticut State University and United Action Connecticut (UACT) are co-sponsoring the Connecticut premier of "Tony and Janina's American Wedding: A Deportation Love Story" on Wednesday, April 27 at CCSU's Torp Theater, 1615 Stanley St. in New Britain. The 17-min. featurette of the award-winning film will be screened at 4:30 p.m. followed by a panel discussion including Director Ruth Leitman. Her full-length documentary (83 min.) will be screened at 7:30 with a Q & A session afterward.
